Since I live in Greece,as far as my diet is conserned I follow the "Mediterranean diet" and I actually don't do it consciously ,it's just the way I'm raised. I love olive oil and feta cheese and almost every vegetable and fruit. But opposed to that I also love junk food!I can't live without potato chips.And to be honest I'm not the most athletic person in the world.What I generally try to do is limit the amount of "bad food" I eat and do some light exercise.I try to go walking every single day for about an hour and then I do some ab exercises but I have to admit that there are certain weeks I skip that completely. All in all I try to keep it healthy,and that does not only effect my body but also my mood and self-esteem.So what I recommend is not getting frustrated about your body and when you actually try to improve it,think about your health and the way exercise makes you feel!
